We start with identity. What overplaying really is. Why preparation matters more than speed. The three rules that build careers. You'll be playing simpler — and sounding better — by the end of month one.

The Preparation System

How to chart a song. How to walk into a recording session and deliver. Mental readiness, professional conduct, and the ability to learn a song quickly and perform with confidence. Studio etiquette. Arrangement awareness. The difference between a drummer who gets called once and one who gets called back.

Musical Authority & Restraint

When not to play. How to support a vocalist. How to control the energy of a room. First-pass simulations where you deliver — calmly, musically, without panic.

Weekly live sessions. Real-world assignments. Direct feedback. Room simulations that replicate the pressure of professional environments. Small group — 8 seats maximum.

Completion is earned, not handed. If the standard isn't met at twelve weeks, we keep working until it is.
